To maintain and update the content of your solution page on SAP App Center, please follow these steps:
1
Request access to the SAP App Center Publishing Cockpit. If you don’t have access, please click here to send an email to our support team. Note: Only one user from a partner company can have access to publishing at one time.
2
Sign in to SAP App Center Publishing Cockpit by clicking here. Here you can onboard new solutions and update the content for all of your solutions on SAP App Center.
Once in the SAP App Center Publishing Cockpit, click Update Solution Content to create a new update request. To resume working on a solution content draft request already in process, click Solution Update Drafts to access your drafts.
3
Visit the Solution Updates tab where you will see all of your published solutions listed. Click the listing you'd like to edit.

Please follow the instructions specific to each field as you enter information and content into the fields. For additional details, please refer to the Content Best Practices Guidelines located here.
4
Once the form opens, click the edit button in the top left corner of the screen. In each section of the form, you’ll see a set of checkboxes. Place a checkmark next to the fields you want to update and the fields will then be enabled.
Remember that Benefits, Features, and Screenshots will be displayed on your page in the order from top to bottom that you've assigned them in the form (#1, 2, 3, etc.)
5
You can save a draft of your updated content at any time. To do so, follow these steps:
> Click Submission tab > Status > “Draft”> Click “Submit” at the lower right corner
6
When you are ready to submit your update request for approval, follow these steps:
> Submission tab > Status > “Ready for Review”
> Click “Submit” in the lower right corner
7
After the form is submitted, you’ll receive an automated e-mail notification confirming receipt. The SAP App Center team will review your content and provide feedback within two business days. Please respond to any feedback we may have provided and re-submit the form with updates addressing the feedback.
8
Once your update has been published, you’ll receive another automated e-mail notification letting you know that your content is live on SAP App Center.
We encourage you to keep your solution information updated regularly.
